Genesis in Top 1% of Forwarders

The latest Plimsoll report on the forwarding industry has revealed that Genesis was ranked 9th for increasing financial strength and improving sales in 2008/9.

The report, which looked into the financial details of 1000 freight forwarders, identified that:

205 companies are in trouble and of these, 41 are likely to fail in the next 12 months.

500 companies were rated as 'strong'. Genesis was one of these.

80 'reckless' companies are chasing sales at the expense of profitability. Many are serial loss makers. Thankfully, the worst culprits look set to run out of money soon.
