Shipping Lines introduce Aden Security Surcharge

Shipping lines have recently enforced a new Security Surcharge

due to the recent hijackings by the Somali pirates in the Gulf of Aden.
The new charge was introduced at the beginning of January and customers can be expected to pay anything between USD 20.00 and USD 25.00 per TEU for shipments on this route.
